If the Right Artery is stenosed then the Renin secretion will be more in the Right Vein and left Kidney responds to that Renin secretion there wont be any secretion in th eLeft Renal Vein cos the Left artery is not Stenosed. so we will compare the Inc Renin Concerntration in the Both Renal Veins
comparatively speaking i choose D cos the Right artery is stenosed so the Right Vein will be compared to left vein.
Ur thoughts will be definitely appreciated for this Q
