In this case , it should be Klebsialla pneumoniae.

most common cause of pneumonia in alcoholics is S. pneumonia but upper lobe involvement with necrotizing features on CXR and thick red currant jelly like bloody sputum is a feature of K. pneumoniae... thickened due to large mucoid colonies of kleb as it has a large capsule.

yes in this case it should be klebsiella as they mention thick sputum and upper lobe ionvolvement with necrotizing features......
