i wud go for Surrogacy as most of them r inferitle while invitro fertilization can occur but but the pts eggs have to be viable

but as far as i know turners can concieve while klinefelter are sterile so i think invitro plz provide the right ans

Surrogacy a better option .. !! Because of the fact of having CVS problems ... in these pts .. and Pregnancy !!! ... Aint sure of it though ... but thats what I deducted from web surfin !
