Here are the causes
PP dAY O Atelectasis management pulmonary excercises and ambulation
PP DAY 1-2 urinary tract infection patient will have high fever flank tenderness and positive urianlysis and culture management is single agent iv antibiotics
PP 2-3 endometritis this is the most common cause patient will have significant uterine tenderness management is multiple agent iv antibiotics
PP day4-5 wound infection management is iv antibiotics
pp DAY 5-6 septic thrombophlebitis mangement is iv heparin for 7-10 days
PP 7-21 infectious mastitis unilateral breast tenderness management is oral cloxacillin breast feeding can be continued
