I am very sorry for this, it is sad... The actual thing is that this exam is really too tough and requires excessive committement. Besides most of good physicians I know around are totally unaware of the most of the esoteric concepts we are required to study and still are very good in their job.
So first I would start realizing that the main problem is not you but the exam itself that in my opinion is badly conceived, mostly if you are an IMG and not used to this way of testing (4 steps qs, strange associations etc). Now having set this, I would also think that of course something was wrong in your previous preparation 'cos it didn't work for 2 times. So if you want to keep pursuing this exam I would start from planning a new schedule.
I would stick to kaplan LN maybe with videoes to make it easier to understand them even though this will require more time. Maybe downloading the pretest series would be a good idea too in order to do exercises after each chapter to see if you can go ahead (at least 70% correct should be done after finishing studying a chapter). I would also do qbook at the end of each subject and would go ahead only if >75% are correct. If not i would go back to kaplan notes. For path only I would stick to Goljan and the BSS series aiming to 60-65% of correct qs (these are really tough but good to reinforce subjects). To all this stuff I would add UW at least twice a week using 50 unused qs blocks and timed aiming for >65%. This plan seems to reasonably lead you to be raedy for killing the beast. Quality of study should always be preferred to quantity unless you are really short of time for other reasons.
