a 67 yr f has a sudden onset of dyspnea ad chest pain and dies within minutes.stage 4 ovarian ca was diagnosed 1 yr ago ,and she has been bedridden for 2 mo.which is likely to found on autopsy? a- acute MI B-dvt c- dissection aortic aneurysm d-renal papillary necrosis 5- ruptured berry aneurysm
