Ophtamology and ENT are included for sure, I am doing them from toronto Notes: they are very good for these 2 topics. I actually used the ophtamology chapter for the exam of ophtamology I did in med school and it went very good (yes in italy we do exams basically for every subject... bad time...)
I don't know about forensic, I think I will try to master drugs of abuse maybe from kaplan or Goljan notes.
