well hisham FA is a must in the usmle especially step 1
the MRS is very good in microbiology only other wise it is not recommended in any other branch or as a revision book like the FA

FA IS INDISPENSABLE FOR STEP1.THATZ POINT NO1.
NEXT...FOR ANY PROBLEM I SUGGEST U REFER TO THE REVIEW RESOURCES FOR STEP1 THATZ GIVEN IN THE END OF FA...ALL THE RATED RESOURCES ARE RIGHT THERE...CHOOSE WHAT SUITES U BEST...
