i guess is " Receptor mediated endocytosis"-----> the ligand molec. binds to a Rec on cell surface and these Rec-ligand complexes concentrate where the Clathrin proteins are on the cell membrane (clathrin coated pit)--> this endocyt. is rapid& specific
I guess is endocytosis that is affected by this clathrin mutation

the mutation mostly effects the LDL receptors cos they r the ones associated with Clathrin mediated endocytosis. ( the ones i know of )
