I didn't like them too much but I didn't do too many q. Kaplan, usmleworld, NBME are kind of enough for me ( I have 3 days until exam !)...
I can tell you more after...

i am using them even though sometimes they are too "esoteric"... I think they are good to do some qs after every chapter but I wouldn't get too depressed for getting the strnge ones wrong 'cos I hope the actual exam qs are not gonna be like that...
