how thay affect
1- reaction velocity vs substarate curve
2- Lineweaver _Burke plot

competitive means vmax remains the same....that is curve shifts to right...incresing substrate conc can overcome competitive inhibition...but noncompetitive inhibitors reduce vmax.....km remains the same..ie substrate affinity to enzyme...this can't be overcome by increasing substrate conc :P
