Does ECG appear frequently on the exam? Do we need to know how to diagnose for example bundle branch block or atrial hypertrophy according to ECG?

had a few ECG on my exam... about 5... there will be clues to diagnosis in the question stem... there were no complicated ECGs... they were common cases...
