I don ' t think she needs FAMILY THERAPY , every adoslescent has their own stress at home  . Besides she came for normal routine examination , No Big Deal . Just .....................

yes, but a parent raising the hand to his child, the girl crying and telling the father she hates him and the mother unaware of the situation, however common, is not normal.
doesn't seem right to just reassure
I think family members should be put face-to face to discuss before the situation gets out of hand. besides, the girl actually asked to talk to the physician, she came for help

yes family needs to learn to adapt with each others' concern and to handle the conflicts keeping in view mother's migraine.
but then every adolescent faces it...
