I have a query I am done with ck n cs with score of 87 If I give my s1 by oct willl I be late for this year match?

you won't be late for the Match, but your step one score will be late for the interview season... this may affect the amount of interviews you are invited for... less interviews means less possibility of matching...
But of course you could match with one interview!
Match occurs in march... Ranking occurs in Feb and all your exams must be passed and ECFMG certification should issued by this time or you will be withdrawn from the MATCH...

i think u r asking whther your chance will be affected?? unfortuantely, u have the best chances by passing all your exams by september/1st.

YOu have done your step 1 and step 2 ..you are not eligible for step 3 ..step 2 cs is the only exam you can take now ..you have 3 months untill september and 2 till august ....look for a cancellation date at any centre and finish it off asap ...you will reap rewards for that and all emotional and financial investment will not be regretted ..i can assure you for that .
