take a look at the stats on the exam score thread. i think you will be fine. but keep working on your weak areas and ccs if you have time before the exams.

I did kaplan step 2 CK and USMLE world step 3. Is it a good score???? .Please respond because I am so worried waiting for step 3 results.

Hi,
I recently took nbme self assessment for step-3. I got 260. I know it is the poorest score. I completed USMLEWORLD on 21st june, and my cumulative score was 56 %. I know that my basics are good. I studied step-2 and step-3 kaplan lecture note 2 times each. I am not in residency now. I am looking for residency in Surgery. I did observership in 2 hospitals here. I was scheduled to take step-3 on 7 & 9 july but I have cancelled because of low score. My step-1 score is 218/88 and step-2 is 188/77. I am thinking to score high beyond 95 to get residency here. I already did my post-graduation in General surgery in India. I don't know how I will get that. I applied this year but I didn't get anything even medicine, FP, TY.
Please help. What should I now? My weak areas are legel & ethics, preventive medicine, pediatrics, 0 & G and psychiatry. What should I read? How to improve my score?
