Well, CMDT is THE book, but I think it can take several months to study it thoroughly. So unless you are palnning to just read it superficially, but in this case it would be a waste of time, or have more than 4 months available to study and memorize its content decentely I would go for something thinner like kaplan or Toronto Notes. They are not as comprhensive as CMDT for sure but they are organized in such a way that you can easily remeber what's in them and for the purpose of Step 2 they have been proven by the score of those that studied just them to be enough. At least kaplan is, TN maybe is better in some topics but worse in other.

thanks virgola82 alot thanks mani....i just want a reference to look quickly in some understood parts of kaplan ...but of course i have not that much time for studying whole IM from CMDT ...... best of luck to you all
