A pt with norma TSH and INCREASED T4 .. along with Goiter .. Which drug?

Estrogen would be a possibility, because it increases TBG synthesis, i.e. elevated total serum T4 with no effect on TSH. I am just not sure about the goiter...

She is clinically non hyperthyroid cos the TSH levels r normal and since the total t4 is increased then the TBG is increased, she has a goiter
wht drug is causing this or which drug shud be given in the treatment??
