some ppl say that NBME form 1 is the easiest...but isnt the difficulty level of all the forms supposed to b same n standard...then only they can give the approximate USMLE three digit score comparing the NBME score in our performance profile...

I personally got a little obsess with the NBME and this is what I have found out:
1- Oficially they say that all NBME are standarize, meaning that the score will relate to the USMLE no matter wich form you do.

2- People score 50 points more in NBME 1 compare to NBME 3 or 4.

thanx for ur reply Gogeta..
i got 510 on form1...hv exam in 10 days..so does that mean i deduct 50 from 510 = 460
i hv been doing kaplan Q bank...not yet completed..about 75% thru...will really appreciate any suggestions ..should i postpone?

On average people score 50 points lower on forms 3 and 4 than what they get on form 1. As far as the Step 1 is concerned, usually people have scored with in +/- 10 points of their NBME1 score. So you're looking at something between 210-230 on the real thing. By the way, if you want to know what your score will be on Forms 3 or 4, you have to actually take the exams.
