What does it mean Conservative mutation?

dont know abt it had to search abt it

The principle is that a substitution of an amino acid on a protein without actually changing the structural or functional capability of the particular protein.

I guess the same principle applies to Genes cudnt come up with an example.

Karyotype analysis for CF ... In the biochem books .. Genetic diseases=testing chapter.. CF diagnosed by PCR AND ASO stuff .. please chck ad lemme know
