i heard that is a dead line of seven years to finish USMLE ???
does it mean step 3 or the full license and when this period starts ???? the date of step 1 exam ??????

Scores are valid for 7 years from the day of ure first exam cleared .
Scores are valid indefinitely once you have your ECFMG certificate for residency or fellowship purposes but for licensing purposes some state boards require that you pass step 3 within 7 years from passing your first step (whether it is step 1 or step 2 CK)
