mortality rate for HIV in 2002 , IN country xixziaa is 293/1000. in year 2003 it has become 393/1000. which one of the following is true regarding HIV in this country?

what the hell does prevalence and incidence have got to do with only mortality????

If more diseased people are dying then the prevalence is decreasing b/c you are removing people from the pool of disease.

We cannot say anything about incidence, it would not change

(but hey, wouldnt there be fewer people to transmit the disease and hence lower incidencesmiling face)

correct answer would be D
