steroids 1st to limit any further damage then decompress the spine if there ar any neurological/Urinary prbs present i.e cauda equina) X ray initially but MRI is preffered and Diagostic any corrections welcome

well it was a question in usmle world that women presented with compression fracture and she has no neurological signs but they asked diagnosis and didnt gave managment in answer so thats why i asked managment but i read that is coservative with bisphsphonate to treat osteopororsis and stop steroids....if using any other info welcomed
