After I take a test how do these numbers correlate, if i got 80% of the questions does that mean i get a 197? I'm just not sure how to grade my performance??

see read it like this....what ever u score on NBME form...(right most:400 or 450 n so on) that wud reflect ur three point on ur result(middle column) that predicts how much u score what cud b ur two point score(left most column) PS:im not using words like percentage and percentile since neither of these are actually graded in the score chart...check up usmle.org for marking scheme........ PS:it is said that NBME are quite reflective of ur peformances but its not the last word that rules ur fate.... gl ALMIGHTY IS GREAT

Thanks for your quick reply, but i was wondering since there is an answer key at the end of the exam how do you use the number of questions answered correctly to see what three digit score you got without submitting your scores to nmbe? For example, if i got 35/50 on all four blocks of form 2 then how would i know what that was on the 3 digit CBSSA score was?

that's what i wanna know! I'd rather not have to pay 45$ to find out, getting pretty short on cash here.

ok well i know each test is different (or who knows if they give different values to different questions) but on nbme 3 i got 80% of the questions right and that was a 560.
