Its Alcoholism cos the Clue here was that the tendency to confabulate is only seen in Alcoholics they make stories of wht they cant remember while a pt with Pernicious Anemia might have all the symptoms along with hallucinations or delusions but they dont make stories just to fill in the memory blackouts they have.
