ok lets analyze it ! aucostic neuroma is schawnoma! it is a benign condition localized in internal auditory meatus? can cause vestibular as well as hearing problems (sensirinural)

BCE are in CNS and can be because of pressure symptoms! (space occupying)
D: would be related to ANS sacral segments! which i think is too far from aucostic neuroma ! leg weakness!!! hmmm again this one is tricky

or may be my whole approach to this question is wrong!

Which sphincter impairment . Do u mean the opening of the upper esophageal sphincter?

  #12

this was the trickest one liner i have ever encountered.

Guys the Question asks the LEAST COMMON PRESENTING SYMPTOM.

Leg weakness does occur in Acoustic Neuroma
Paresthesias do occur in a lot of ppl esp with large tumor Facial pains.
Visual Loss is not a feature of the tumor
Sphincter Impairment ( esophageal ) is very uncommon.
Inco-ordination of movement is by far the least commonly occuring symptom.

This question revolved around the presenting symptoms of Acoustic Neuroma which actually caused me to post it.
