A 54-year-old man comes to the physician because of an intermittent rash and joint pain during the past 9 months. Physical examination shows erythematous, scaly plaques on the extensor surfaces of the upper and lower extremities. Removal of the scales results in small bleeding points in the epidermis. i would say hyperplasia,cos the description is psoriasis and hyperkeratosisis seen in psoriais.i'm not sure though,just tryin to analyze
