I am an IMG living with my wife and my little baby girl(<2yrs old). I work full time MTF. My wife wrks part time when I takes care of the baby. I was Prepared for 8 months using Kaplan materials (text Books, Q book and banks),Goljan audeo lectures, behavioral Science audeo lectures and First Aid. I listned to audeo lectures while I was travelling on train to and from my work place, each trip taking av 45mins. I found First aid, Goljan Lectures and Q bank highly useful. I took NMBE 1 and 4 1 month and 4 days prior to the exam rspectively with scores 470 and 480. My actual exam score is 89/216 which is higly encouraging considering the situation under which I took the exam. Good luck to others.
