Hai,
Could anyone PLEASE let me know whether am i reading the correct book for step-1 pathology. I am reading Pathology Review-Goljan (Stars Saunders text and review series).

Is this the correct book or should i read actual goljan pathology text book OR Rapid review by Goljan.

this is the book I have. I like it very much. But this is an older edition. There has been a few changes in the newer one I guess. I saw the newer edition of Goljan rapid review, somehow did not like it, cos I am the person who likes to read explanations than one liners. The new book is good, all the important things are listed as either points or in tables and has colorful pictures. But this one has everything explained in detail. I think at the end of the day its your choice, how you want a book to be, how you will be comfortable reading it, go for that book. But if you are buying this one, I would say definitely have a look at the pictures in the new book before the exam. I haven't yet, but I will soon.
