hi robin.hope ur prep is going fine.I have a doubt in the ccs cases and would appreciate if u could help me.

1.In some cases the 5 min screen comes up as soon as the patient gets better and u re not able to shift the patient to wards or discharge him...is that alright?

2.in the giardiasis case once u reach the 5 min screen and patient is better what does one have to do ...do u cancel the antibiotics and other procedures. Will deleting previous orders mean that they are out of the patient management.....they say u can cancel orders and write fresh orders...

3.What exactly should be done after the 5 min screen appears.plz tell me It would be great if u could tell me what u would do after the 5 min screen appears for the cases in the usmle cd...giardiasis,ra,tension pneumothorax

thank you

After doing NBME, I focus on my weak areas and doing Swanson.

Today I finished Pediatrics chapter in Swanson.

One biggest chapter left: Adult Medicine.

After finishing Swanson I will read Kap ck notes, FA, my own notes then go for the exam.

Good luck
