it should be A, as i think in the 3rd trimester all the hormonal changes that cause the nauseating sensation in the 1st and 2nd trimesters is steady and the pregnant woman is feeling comfortable, and also by the relatively large amount of sex hormones secreted by placenta (esp. estrogen).

There is a reason for why pregnant women feel nauseated during the first semester, this originate from natural selection. In the first semester, organogenesis takes place and it is this period that the embryo is most susceptible to teratogens, in addition, back then we were vegetarians and ate lots of leafs and fruits that were a little bit poisonous, so it paid of to feel nauseated and eat less since the little embryo of 3cm^3 doesn't need much energy anyway. As organogenesis reaches end stage and organ maturation proceeds this sensation will dissipate, i.e. during the 2nd semester.
