75 yo male has painless mass in neck,histology shows cohesive sheets of polygonal cells with eosinophillic cytoplasm,prominent intercellular bridges.Strong positive reaction to keratin antibody present.No reaction against vimentin and leukocyte common antigen CD 45.Diagnosis
1.Adenocarcinome
2malignant melanoma
3NHL
4 SARCOMA
5Squamous cell carcinoma

This is NHL n this could be Follicular Lymphoma not sure but the Histol;ogicval picture looks more like a SqC Ca espcially the Keratin part

this is nbme 4...answer is sq cell bcoz SCC is eosinophillic staining cells ,keratin pearls...what made u think nhl..eplain plz

Heyy kingusmle,  pls pls pls dont post NBME qns without saying so. All of us want to assess ourselves thru that. Most of us have not done NBME 4. Please dont do that.

thats alright kingusmle, thank you. Just change the title of the qns to NBME 4. I am waiting for you to do that, so that I can do anyother qns you might have posted which are not NBME 4 qns. Please dont forget to mention which form of NBME the qns are from.
