What are the hypersensitivity reactions( I/II/III/IV) in following ?

* A pt of SLE develops glomerulonephritis .
* pt of SLE develops hemolytic anemia .
* A child with post streptococcal infection develops rheumatic fever.
* a child with post strep . infection develops glomerulonephritis.
* a pregnant lady received blood transfusion after delivery.Postop. she was doing well and was discharged.After 1 week she develops fever, jaundice and pass blood in urine.

all are correct except 3rd one.

a child with poststrep infection and GN ...is type III
