i viewed one of your posts 2 years back in which u said that many of your residents on H1B had to leave for home country bcoz they couldnt find a green card sponsor.whats your view on the current scenario?is it still hard to find sponsors?thanks in advance...

Same problem - cap versus non-cap positions and sponsors. If I am training in a non-cap program, I need to find a non-cap sponsor.

BBB, does it means if you get H1 from non cap program, then you should find non-cap sponsors after you finish residency?
