high yield first aid, kalan lecture notes
which ones to follow? i was using them all, but in one there might be way more info than the other. should i reall ymemorize all 3 completely. or say, memoriaze comp first aid and kaplan, not every detail in high yield.

hey! i guess we're all stressed out! i need to write my exam in october and haven't even covered 2 subjects yet.. so its okay.. there's many in the same boat as you.
cover kaplan lecture notes well and first aid. kaplan lecture notes are most important. i read somewhere that every single line can help a patient and found that extremely motivating. remember to take one step at a time - you can't memorise everything at once. so just make a schedule for now and appreciate whatever you are learning everyday.. your speed will pick up and so will your recall.. don't worry - you have enough time if you work hard. and please don't sit through the lectures again. it will waste your time!
also, if you are stressed.. try to pace or do a ten minute walk outside... might help..
