Please i would like to know how much do I have to get in nbme exam to pass in step 3 real exam. Please help.

over 400 is advisable. though if you go through the scores thread you will find that those scoring 380 or so have also passed. you must already know that actual scores vary widely and dont correlate well with nbme.
