I just took my exam and am worried that i may have failed. I thought the first five blocks were fair and similar to if not a little easier than usmleworld. The test had less questions on details and more on mechanisms and the outside picture, which unfortunately i didnt concentrate much on. I felt the last couple blocks the question stems got a lot longer and more difficult. I wasnt able to finish either of the last two blocks, had a couple questions i just put C down at the end for. If i did it differently i wish i spent more time doing questions becasue i feel out i burnt out near the end. I got a couple questions identical to the ones from the usmle cd. When you see questions youve seen before, even if only two it is a grat feeling, especially becasue it give you a couple more minutes. Besides path and physio, I think i had a lot of pharm adn immuno. Goljan was definately helpful for path, definately make sure you go through his high yield the nights before the exam bc you will get questions straight off it. I found phyiso tough becasue it took me way too much time to figure out what the graphs were asking, but if you good at reading charts and graphs you will be fine. My immuno is weak so i dont think i did to good on those, but the pharm was very straightforward and tested mostly on basic mechanisms and side effects, mostly stuff straight out of first aid so not to difficult. They were usually the questions with the shorter stems so takes you less than 30 sec to do, so these questions definately will save you some time if you tight on time. Hopefully this helps. Ive been following this forum for 3 months now and it does feel good finally being done, but like everyone says these next 3-4 weeks will be nerve wreaking and hopefully i pass. adn i was wondering if anyone knew if the usmle has 50 random expiremental questions or one expirimental block. Because if the later is correct, i pray to god it was one of my last two.

what usmle world focus on their questions, was tested?
what part of UW is more close to the test? path, bioc?
its micro from UW good? what about inmuno?
