i think the question is trying to focus on confidentiality issues so i would go for F too...but ideally this situation should be reported to the hospital director or their program director(employer).

I hope therez no Pygmalion effect in the answers .. But dude ... I think .. F is probably the correct answer .. at another place ... they had marked (B) .. which probably is wrong .. as it's directing towards breach of Privacy ... although the residents have already done that .. !! But still .. !

i think its B ....caz by choosing F we are ignoring the patient who is having the reaction..advice about the patient privacy to the residents can be given at any time but the 1st thing that should be done is to check that patient. ..Patient is always number..
