hi,.. i know this qusetion must be asked a million and one times, but i really dont have time to search through all these posts- i hope you understand! it is mid may, and i am planning on writing the exam in october. i have gone through, each kiaplan 2001 book once, with lectures, and first aid, and goljan audio once. unfortuntaely, i am so stressed, when i look at the material a second time now, it seems foreign:S. so lets imagine i am doing it all for the first tim enow.. this was my time line.... 10 days for each subject. i will do kaplan book/audio for each, with first aid, and high yield if needed. at the end of eafch subject i will do all the qbank questions pertaining to it- i have old qbank questons i duno if it makes a diff ifi buy the new 2007 ones (if so, does anyone have them that i can make a copy from-my budget is reli really tight):S after i have done every subject ( 2 months total time)... i will sit down and listen to every single kaplan lecture, about 8 hours a day. for one month. after that, the last month is just qbank, first aid. how does that sound?! so resources are... first aid 2004/2006 kaplan books (2001) kaplan qbook (2001) qbank (2002) goljan (2004) audio/notes/book/etc high yield (for every subject) pass program ---- if i have time please tell me if it is possible to do well in 4 months. and if anyone has a better study scfhedule. i am aiming for 10 hours a day. HELPPPPPPPPPP. also i dont have usmle world-is it really goodf. how do i get it?

well i can only tell you how i went abt it.i finished the dvds first of all in a little over a month.i would go through things alongside in my book.i also did goljan audio in the same time frame.then i started revising.my resource material consisted of kaplan lecture notes mainly and high yield embryo and snell's clinical anatomy.for questions i did qbank,qbook and UW.

thanks for replying. wow u did all of the kaplan books in one month, how is that remotely possible?:O do you still have any questions from uw?

you shall have to purchase UW online.i got it for a month and it cost me $60.

why would you want to go through all the lectures again?! in the end, what you memorise matters right? not what goes in one ear and out the other!
