Hi there, I'm a German student in my final (5th) year and I decided to take the USMLE Step 1. I only got about 5 weeks (fulltime) to study, even though I have studied all of the topics before (in German though, years ago and I don't know if all of the details were the same). Is that realistic at all?? I wanted to study with the Kaplan lecture notes, the Gojan for Patho, the First Aid and the UW questions (don't think I'll have enough time to do also Kaplan questions...). Anything missing??? Do I need an extra pharma book? Can I skip the Kaplan patho if I do it with the Gojan? Is it necessary to also watch all of the lecture DVDs, or is all the imporant stuff also in the books? Cause I do learn a lot easier by reading than by watching or listening.
I'd be helpful for any kind of information as I'm feeling a little helpless here with that much to study and so little time!
Thanks.
