This was outpatient clinic where OBG interns/residents rotate, sometimes the attending OBs, no private pts/practice, all public, part of teaching hospital in somewhat low-income community. Pts just make appt, but never know who they are going to get for their doc until the appt.

Thanks Ed , I am new to sytem down there , like catholic, etc different hospi , different ethical I guess, shed few light re; if catholic hospi then what is re; ethic of OG refer pt to other OG for her wish .
I got bored abit with Papi, so may be , may be if I can handle it  , means study wise , will get Dr. BArone at same time , same topics too , but also doing other subj , Qs same
time .. so may be not , then will have them both later when my next round read

By the way ED ,I forget important thing, 12 more days to go, we can say , sing song as our own mle word in Christmas song though, I feel gigle/ gingle /happy bell & happy in mind, with on the last day is the day we got Christmas present, so it seems lucky to count 12 days back then with good D day present as best exm .
So cheere up , lets count together .

Hi everyone. Thanks for checking in on me and rallying me on Stayed up late so slept late today. Just got news that a dear one of Journal World is departing  but, for good reason, so I wish them all the best for the test
Thanks to you that participated in the brief ethics discussions here. That topic is pretty well represented on step 1, so I will have to finish up all those cases soon. First need to do some resp q's to see if all those hours studying past midnight last night did any good. Then the final part of NBME 3. After, need to review immuno. Happy studying to all!

Hi Mytime, Sunny and Bright (needed to see you, it's dark and gloomy today), that poem Shwe and I referred to is an old English (?) Christmas song, "Twelve Days of Chrsitmas". On each day before the holiday, a person gets gifts from their true love
Just did a 30-q batch of resp in UW, for 63%. Also did a half-batch unused, timed, random for 60%. My UW cum avg, my NBME scores, still put me at around the low 200's, guesstimating. I wonder how realistic is it that I can bump myself up to at least 220 in a little over a week??? At this point, I must stay positive, driven and motivated. Must keep pressing for an increase in my performance. I just have to do this, I just have to And now, on to immunology

What I want to say is one week is a great BIG time as is a day if u don't stress urself over l'le things....like 99 and all. Stop thinking abt that. and Viola' u got what u dreamt off!!!!!!!!!!! Did a batch of 30 immuno q's on UW, timed, all, for 22/30 = 73%. Better, but still need to get CGD, XL-agammaglobulinemia and other diseases straight. For now, CGD--> SNAPS: Staph aureus, Nocardia, Apergillus, Pseudomonas cap-something or another, and Serratia==> these are what a pt with CGD is at risk of getting infection with. That's right guys, I am down for all the memory tricks and mnemonics at this stage of the game

Hi Unique 1, thank you for popping over here tonight It's now 11 more days
Finished last part of form 3, result for that part 34/50 Overall score puts me at 70%, but not near my target. Will slug it out and see if I can do any better on forms 4 and 2. Really need to get 40+ per section And now, to get caffeinated and pore over FA, psych pharm.

dont worry,from these NMBe test we dont know the weightage of questions so low score but make sure u do know major things and im sure u do...rocking yang

Hi Med, AC and P2B!!! Thanks, I need mucho support from y'all these last days...whoa--last days sounds so scary! I am so glad you guys are looking out for me, I am getting the jitters--staying up late and waking early, that sort of thing. Stayed up til 3am doing Q and A with KeepGoing and others here, got up at 7am  Will make myself nap today
Today is Questions Day! I have no set number planned, but I will be doing q's from all the sources: UW, Kap Qbanks ( 2006, 2005, 2004), Robbins, WebPath and BSS. Right now I am doing some q's from some no-name qbank that is IE-based, with 41 blocks of 50 qs--know that one? The q's are pretty easy and straight-forward. Perfect for the early-morning groggy mind As my caffeine kicks in I will move on to more challenging q's, and save the hardest (UW) for last. I will also be going over the old posted q's here. I might do NBME 4 today--we'll see. Happy studying to all! Happy Questions Day
