For sure Behavioral Sc., the Physiology dvds are good too.

according to my own exp
1- bio= a must
2- physiology= avoid like plague , the guy is horrible and just merely repating the notes agin according to me!
3- pharam= if ur good ..do the antiviral and the cns only
4- anatomy= essential
5- pathology= no
6- behav= a must
7-micro= cool but not essential, immuno part is important

physio,biochem and behavioral are absolutely important.but i did anatomy,immuno and pharma also so u might take a look at them too.

i didnt complete them yet but from my small experience + from what have i heard:
1) first two chapters of bh. sc. especially if you have nothing to do with epidemiology and that stuff (like me  )
2) i think the neuroanatomy ones are very good
3) if your weak in genetics and molicular biology ( like me ) maybe its better for you to watch them just so you know what the book is talking about
4) concerning physiology... he is slow indeed ! + repeats the important things 2 or 3 times ! if you have the time and patients i think at the end youll understand and memorise the major concepts like never before 
NOTE: be ware of the lectures where the doc. is just reading the book !!! i think its better for you to read it one your own...

it depends on where you live, does your country care for copy rights ? if not i think youll find them in the shops near your med. school!!!
