Last whole night read kap, BRS, Ganong , looking for the answer , no explaination of myelinated PNS, Node of R . etc speed of AP , thought learned from Ganong at least b4. Where that go.
Reason to find those books to read is , Like to change Ans to "A" , so b4 that was trying to confirm my ans in all those books.But find nothing .
So what is the answer & where is the explaination ?

The correct answer is A.
The space constant of an axon reflects the amount of passive or electrotonic spread of current within an axon. The larger the space constant, the further the current can spread, allowing action potentials to propagate faster. This is why myelin increases the conduction velocity of action potentials down an axon. Conversely, demyelination decreases the space constant and slows action potential conduction.

Hey, who said when you're tired , & last block with sleepy head, change the answer , no good , will be wrong.
See last night I am going to change ans from E to A. But try to do a little research , that lead to big one then , still cannot find any close to the topics. But still stick to my ans change to A but, too tired to click send to post my 2nd answer I'd change ie A.
Thank god, glad, I still have the physio in me. After all if no read or not remember, go with your med school knowledge. It always right .
Thanks NnL, you make me read alot last night, realized that most are already in my head . May be should buzze you all no matter what the time is , so i can sleep 2 hr earlier.
