No Plasmion cant Restore Anatomy actual enzyme is hyluronidase which breaks hyluronic acid which is the part of collagen so collaginase is best option

I opted for collagenase as well, but looked at everybody's response and kept thinking, then I did a google search and some of the links said that collagenase is produced by bacteria, so was not sure whether thats the answer. Well, my answer is still collagenase as thats what I opted for when I did this NBME form and also I do not know what else it can be from the choices given.

Ohhh its just me, I am not sure about plasmin though. When I did this form I never even considered plasmin I went for collagenase, now that many of them are going for plasmin, thought why not check on that and thats what I came up with...that they might be thinking like this.

just to avoid confusion I have deleted my previous post in which I said that ppl might be going for plasmin as that cleaves fibrin. But I still think that its collagenase and also in Goljan's rapid review he says neutrophils and macrophages clear off the inflammation and debris and help in regeneration of normal anatomy. Neutrophils secrete collagenase.

Really sorry for any of the confusion I might have created.
