Read the exam experiences of high scorers . They mention their sources and study methods . Mostly people read Kaplan, High yield,First aid and Goljan. Kaplan qbank and Usmleworld for questions and then take NBME to know where you stand. You can choose sources according to your own personal style and needs depending on whether you are a recent or older grad and how good you studied your basics in your med school. Good luck with your prep and test.
