hI,,
I need to know,,,
do we need suggest advise for every patient about the no smoking,no alcohol. seat belt,safe sex..
even when the patient is NOT a smoker,,,alcoholic...have only one partner,,
does this affect increase or decrease the score...

Yes, it affects score but not much...
Maybe in decresing order-if it´s indicated and you counsel, if it´s not indicated and you counsel, indicated and no counseling
