Hi, I'm a silent reader of this great very inormative site. I've finished all my steps and secured a residency position. I just came back from my step 3 USMLE. My experience is tha kaplan notes are too less and usmleworld is too much Much is asked about what would you say to the patient, what would you do next in mostly office seings because we all know how to manage emerg cases. I 'll advise eople to read toronto notes to prepare for this exam and also step2 CK. Its available in Canada but its gaining popularity in states. Its a Bible, difficult to read firt time but if you master it, yiu are there. I did that and I scored 90 in step 2 CK with 3 week preparation. The cases take time, you've 15 minutes not 25 because computer takes time in processing whatever you tpe USMLE cases are more than enough. I hope it helps.
