Hi all ! my NBME 4 SCORE is 340 which is fail,I dont know what to do my test is in 18 days . My NBME 1 WAS 380 1 WK AGO,NBME 3 WAS 300 1 MONTH AGO.I've done UW my score is 45% -57%.my study materials are KAPLAN,FA .Please advise me ,should i I reschedule my test date or there is anything I can do to improve ?

I see that on your NBME 3 = 300
NBME4=340
thats 40 points in 3 weeks.
I will recomend to postpone if you can, I was in the same situation as you, so I know how you feel.
Just read UW and understand each question.

the first step would be not to panic and dont lose confidence.. you can do it and i know people who have been in a similar situation as yours and have done it and done excellent..
then i think you should postpone your date if possible and get down to business..
do uw thoroughly once again going through each and every concept properly.. believe me.. that helps big time.. then just go through kaplan properly make a list of topics that harass you and go through them in kaplan one more time properly and i think that should do it..

Thank you so much for your reply ! it really makes me feel better .I can postpone it only for a couple of weeks .I think if I study really hard for 4 weeks,doing UW & KAPLAN I can do it.I'm also doing USMLERX ,should I continue doing it or not ,MY SCORE is 64 %-78 % on this one .

i did not do usmlerx so cant tell you about it.. but kaplan and uw sure are enough.. keep up the good work and you will be just fine..
