A single mother comes to your office with her boy, who's 7 years old. She tells you the kid has a syndrome but she doesn't remember the name of it. She recently moved from another state, but did not bring any medical records. She says the child was born with "large internal organs" and had a surgical repair of umbilical hernia a two years ago. Recently, the child was submitted to an IQ test, and according to her, the result was 32. She's concerned about what is going to happen with the child "once she is gone" and asks what he is going to be able to do, based on this result. What should you tell her?

A - He is going to reach 6th grade level and live on his own

B - He is going to reach 2nd grade level, will be benefited from vocational training and be able to live in a sheltered workshop

C - He is able to learn basic health habits and can communicate, but training is not helpful

D - He needs highly custodial environment support

E - It's not possible to determine his capacity at this point
