is it citrate? I think I am wrong...I just did a google search and one of the links says tht inosine maintains 2,3 BPG in the blood for 35 days and pyridoxal phosphate improves xygen delivery.

google was right, citrate is anticoagulant because chelates calcium, while inosine maintains 2,3 DPG thereby icreasing oxigen release. I said Phosphate when I did it because I thought it was necessary to make DPG and of course didn't know about inosine, but not, I was wrong, Phosphate is required for ATP synthesis.
