the last three chapters of surgical vignettes left, which I am going to do now. Then I'll start surgery qs on UW. In general I am not satisfied with my performance in the last 3 to 4 days, but last night I just got determined agsain to "hang in there" for these last weeks.

last night finished peds qs in UW, but now I have to read the remaining explanations. Overall I am more satisfied with my results in peds compared to internal. my weak area as usual was all those glycogen storage and lysosomal dis...ok just 5 weeks left!! let's get back to work.
